Mr. James ""Jimmy"" Reuben Cloaninger, 66, of Winston-Salem passed away November 24, 2010 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. He was born December 21, 1943 in Forsyth County to the late James Pelham Cloaninger and Hazel Worrell Cloaninger. Mr. Cloaninger was a member of Freeman Street Baptist Church and attended Mineral Springs High School. He was employed with Dewey's Bakery with 38 years of service and retired in January 2010. He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Betty Campbell Cloaninger; a son, Greg Linn and wife Tammy; a grandson, Tyler Linn; a sister, Beverly Cardwell; a nephew, Don Cardwell; a niece, Cathy Woodle, and a brother-in-law, Jimmy Lee Campbell. A funeral service will be held at 1:00pm, Saturday, November 27, 2010 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00pm until 8:00pm Friday at the funeral home.
