James Edward "Ed" Caudill

Mr. James Edward “Ed” Caudill, 69, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 20, 2024, at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center. He was born on August 8, 1955, in Wilkes County to James Thomas and Lucy Pardue Caudill. Ed worked as a printer for many years and was employed with Winston Printing Company.

In addition to his mother, Ed was preceded in death by one brother, Jerry Caudill; one uncle Kyle Caudill; and his grandparents

He is survived by his father, Jim Caudill; his spouse, Janie Holder; one sister, Pat Caudill; two brothers, Dale Caudill and Paul Caudill (wife, Rhonda); aunts and uncles, Nan Wrenn, Sam Caudill, and Richard Caudill; and numerous cousins.

A graveside service for Ed will be held at 3:00pm on Monday, September 23, 2024, at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens with Lloyd Bryant officiating. The public is welcome to view and sign Ed’s register without the family present from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on Monday, September 23, 2024. Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel is assisting the family.
