Jack Wayne Wadford

Mr. Jack Wayne Wadford, 70, of Lexington, NC, a loving husband, father, and grandfather passed away Thursday, March 29, 2012 at the Hinkle Hospice House. Jack was born August 10, 1941 in Forsyth County to the late Alvin Clarence and Georgia Childress Wadford. He was a retired electrician with the IBEW Local 342 and loved to garden. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Scott Wadford and a brother. Surviving to cherish his memory is his wife of 53 years, Carol Cranfill Wadford of the home, four children, Timothy Wadford of W-S, Teresa Faulk and husband, Dan of Winston-Salem, Ron Wadford of Aldie, VA., Jack Wadford and wife, Kim of Martinsburg, W. VA., two grandchildren, Joshua Wadford, Maggie Faulk, a step-son, Jay Wilkins and two brothers. A Memorial Service will be conducted 2:00 pm Monday April 2, 2012 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.The Family will receive friends following the service.
