SPRINKLE - PFAFFTOWN

Mr. Jack Richard Sprinkle passed away Saturday, March 29, 2014 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born February 24, 1937 in Forsyth County to the late Lucy Woodliff Sprinkle and John Edward Sprinkle. Mr. Sprinkle retired from Forsyth County with 30 years of service as the tax supervisor. He was an avid woodworker and loved traveling. Jack and Helen covered a many of mile together in their lifetime. He was the youngest of seven children.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Sprinkle was preceded in death by five siblings. He is survived by his high school sweetheart and loving wife of 56 years: Helen R. Sprinkle; son: Michael Sprinkle (Teresa); sister: Greta Humphries; and special friend: Tony Kreeger.

A memorial service will be conducted 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 3, 2014 at Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel with Dr. Karl Minor officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
