WALKERTOWN-Jack Harold Duggins, Sr., 78, passed away Sunday, July 18, 2010 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born December 14, 1931 in Forsyth Co. to the late James Rufus and Lillian Landreth Duggins. Mr. Duggins was a member of Morris Chapel United Methodist Church, and former owner of Country Boys Curb Market. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Cedelma Disher Duggins; a daughter, Dale Carolyn Duggins; and one brother. Surviving are two sons, Dean H. Duggins, and Jack ""JJ"" H. Duggins, Jr. and wife, Jennifer all of Walkertown; one grandson, Samuel ""Sam"" Case Duggins. A very special thank you, to Cindy Smith and Phannee Sanukkha for all of the loving care that was given to Jack. A graveside service will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at Morris Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Larry Neal officiating.
