Jace Anthony Creason-Richardson

Jace Anthony Creason-Richardson, passed away on January 7, 2016 at Forsyth Medical Center.
Jace was born on December 2, 2015, 17 weeks early and survived for 5 weeks, he passed peacefully in the arms of his parents.
Survived by his parents, Lennie Richardson and Ashley Creason, Grandparents Dean and Beverly Creason, Tonja Canady and Quentin Richardson, great grandparents and many aunts, uncles and cousins also beloved puppy Sadie.
The family will receive friends on Sunday January 10, 2016 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM with a chapel service at 4 with Reverend Kenneth Nash officiating. A committal service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday January 11, 2016 at Parklawn Memorial Park with Reverend Robert Whitaker officiating.
The family would like to thank all the doctors and staff in the NICU at Forsyth Medical Center for their care and attention to Jace and our family during a very difficult time.
