Irene Branch Harp

Mrs. Irene (Peggy) Branch Harp, 78, died November 05. 2009 at her home. Mrs Harp was born in Forsyth County on April 4, 1931, a daughter of Charlie and Tessie Childress Branch. She retired from R. J. Reynolds in 1987 with twenty one years service. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Harp of the home; children, Pat Morphies and husband Clinton of Belews Creek, Mike Willard and wife Glenda of Pinnacle, and Debbie King and husband Rodney of Walkertown; grandchildren, Melissa Hart, Shannon Willard, Casey Caudill, Jackie Caudill Brewer, and Bradley Willard,10 great grandchildren. Also surviving are her brothers and sisters, Bernell Sides. Charles Branch (Pete), Donald Branch, Betty Hammock. Mrs. Harp was preceded in death by her parents and her brother J.C. Branch.A graveside service will be held Saturday, November 7,2009 at 2:00 pm at Gardens of Memory in Walkertown ,conducted by Rev. Clint Branch.The family will visit with family and friends Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
