Infant Julien Alexander Elmore passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2019. He was born in Forsyth County on December 5, 2019 to Megan Elmore. In addition to his mother, he is survived by grandmother, Kelly Elmore; grandfather, Greg Elmore; and aunt, Rebecca Elmore. There will be no formal services held at this time.
