Heymon Felts

Mr. Heymon “Edward” Felts, 75, passed away December 24, 2021.  He was born December 22, 1946, in Carroll County, VA to the late Rush Felts and Hallie Hall.  Edward proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam war.  He worked for Merita Bakery, then for Varco Pruden which he retired from.  Edward loved the outdoors, especially camping at Homeplace Recreation Park.  In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter, Renee Felts.  Edward is survived by his loving wife, Linda Felts; son, Chad Felts, two grandchildren, Peyton Felts and Makenzie Felts; and numerous nieces and nephews.  A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM January 8, 2022, at Oakland United Methodist Church in Pipers Gap, VA with Pastor Rodney Christman officiating.
