Helen Sandy Thomas

Helen (Sandy) Thomas, of Pfafftown passed from this earth on Monday, September 13, 2010 and into the arms of the Lord. She was born August 14, 1943 to the late Bud and Helen Smothers. Sandy will be missed greatly by her loved ones. She was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Smothers. Sandy is survived by her husband, Murel Allen Thomas who loved her deeply; her daughter, Ginger Payne and husband Keith; her son, Roger L. Idol, Jr. and wife Belinda Lynn; three grandchildren, Ashley Payne, Allen Idol, and Timothy Payne; two brothers, Danny Smothers and Monty Smothers; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the home, 5912 Cutters Creek Court, Pfafftown from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 16, 2010. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Kate B.
