Mrs. Helen Jacqueline “Jackie” Lawson Phillips, 78, passed away Saturday, March 27, 2021 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born in Forsyth Co. the daughter of the late James and Susie Lawson. Jackie loved her cats and working in her flowers and tomatoes. She enjoyed traveling, visiting Europe and Hawaii. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Phillips. Jackie is survived by a daughter, Tammy Lawson; three grandsons, Justin Lawson, Kenny Lawson and Cory Lawson; a great-granddaughter, Kaleigha Lawson; two nieces, Donna Ballard and Melissa Rivers; two nephews, Keith Ballard and Michael Whicker; four great nieces, Jessica Rock, Kasey Rivers, Haley Rivers, and Callie Whicker; and one sister, Janet Lawson. A private graveside service will be conducted in King Memorial Park with Pastor Vic Pyles officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Winston Salem Rescue Mission, 718 N.
