Mrs. Helen Miller Love born September 10, 1935 to the union of the late Ernest Richmond Miller and Rossie Ceilann Martin Miller was summoned to Glory on March 27, 2015 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was a faithful member of St. James United Methodist Church, where she served as the church treasurer for 25 years. She was also a member of the United Methodist Women. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Love was preceded in death by her husband, James Rawley Love on February 1, 2015; fifteen siblings; one grandson, Jeremy Michael Funderburk; and one great-grandson, Kennanian Luther Jones. To Cherish her memories are four daughters: Terita (Michael) King, Chiquita (Kenny) Jones, LaDonna (Graylon) Hickman, all of W-S, and Bridgette (Xavier) Crawford of Rural Hall; five sons: Rickie (Mamie) Miller of W-S, Terence Miller of the home, Ricky Love of W-S, Clarence (April) Miller of Lewisville, and James Don Love of W-S. Mrs. Love has 24 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Linda (James) Thompson of Pilot Mtn. and Nevada Love of Oak Park, IL; two brothers-in-law, Marshall Love of Pilot Mtn., and Dudley Love of Columbus, GA; cousin-in-law, Levitha Clark Mack of W-S; and a host of nieces and nephews, friends, church family, and special friends, Sarah Robinson, Jeanette Preston, and James Oakes. A funeral service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 31 at St. James United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dr. Paul Perkins officiating. Burial will follow at Crestview Memorial Park.
