Helen Golds Gordon

KERNERSVILLE - Helen Golds Gordon, 84, passed away Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at Kerner Ridge Assisted Living. She was born August 1, 1927 in Forsyth Co.to the late Willie Jackson and Virginia Baldwin Golds. Mrs. Gordon was a member of Friedland Moravian Church and a retiree of Western Electric. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Alan G. Gordon, Sr. Surviving are her two sons, Gray Gordon and wife Diane of Winston Salem, Kevin Gordon and wife, Angela of Stokesdale; three grandchildren, Edward Gordon and wife, Amanda, Stephanie Terrell and husband B.J., and Emma Gordon; one step-granddaughter, Shea Joy and husband, Justin; three great-grandchildren, Landon and Alivia Terrell, and Sophia Gordon; one step-great-grandson, Hunter Joy. A Funeral Service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Monday, April 30, 2012 at Friedland Moravian Church with Rev. Carol Foltz officiating. Burial will follow in the church graveyard.
