Hedevig Wesely

Hedevig "Deddy" Wesely, 87, passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Friday, February 2, 2018 at Arbor Acres Methodist Retirement Community. Born in Brooklyn, NY on June 11, 1930, she was the only child of Norwegian immigrant parents, Johan Fredrik Frolich and Hedevig Wetlesen Frolich. She graduated from Greenwich High School in 1948 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Lawrence University in 1952. Left to cherish her memory are her husband and love of her life for 62 years, William Wesely; son Doug Wesely and wife Liane Wesely; daughter Laurie Wesely and husband Michael Cheston; granddaughter Christina Wesely and grandsons Geoff Cheston and Ken Cheston. She will be deeply missed by her family as well as friends from Bermuda Village and Clemmons Presbyterian Church. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at 2:00pm at Clemmons Presbyterian Church.
