Ms. Heather LynnAnn Kuethe-Loney Harwood, of Winston Salem, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 30, 2022. Heather was born August 5, 1969, in Ventura County, CA to Paul Kuethe and Cathiann Soules. During high school she found her love of helping and caring for people when she became a candy striper. After high school she proceeded to obtain her associates of science degree in nursing. In 1996, Heather completed her bachelor’s in nursing, completing her education and dream. She was such a wonderful woman. Heather gave with her whole heart, in everything she did and everyone she helped. If anyone needed anything she was there for you. She was preceded in death by her father, Paul. Heather is survived by her son, Jared Harwood; mother, Cathiann Loney and husband Michal Loney; sister, Stephine Roberts and husband Patrick; nephews, Vincent and Alexander Roberts; grandmother, Beverly Loney; stepmother Patricia Kuethe; brother, John Kuethe, brother, Michael Kuethe and wife Duanna; and nephew, Darius Kuethe. A memorial service for Heather will be held Friday, February 11, 2022, at Mt. Carmel United Methodist church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
