Harrison Marion H.M." Anderson

ANDERSON WALNUT COVE, Mr. Harrison Marion ""H. M."" Anderson, 75 of Bunker Hill Rd. passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2008 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem following a brief illness. Mr. Anderson was born in Wilkes County on February 23, 1933 the son of the late Turner and Linie Honeycutt Anderson. Mr. Anderson was a member of Willow Oak Baptist Church in Walnut Cove. He had retired from Sara Lee Hosiery in 1988 with 32 years of service and was a Veteran of the U. S. Army. Mr. Anderson was preceded in death by his first wife Mary Parks Anderson, a son Randy Lee Anderson, two sisters and one brother. Surviving is his wife of 23 years Mrs. June Greene Anderson of the home, a son Tony Anderson and wife Denise of Pfafftown, two grandsons Seth and Alex Anderson of Pfafftown, three step-sons, Paul (Becky) Bullins and Terry L. Bullins all of Walnut Cove and Jerry Bullins of Plano, TX., seven step-grandchildren and seven step-great grandchildren, a sister Lucille Anderson of Wilkesboro and a brother Herbert (Jean) Anderson of Winston-Salem. A graveside service will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Thursday, November 6, 2008 at Crestview Memorial Park in Rural Hall with Rev. Clifford Willis officiating. The Anderson family will receive friends from 7 to 9 PM tonight at Hayworth-Miller Chapel in Rural Hall and at other times at his home in Walnut Cove.
