Harrelle PA Tedder

Mr. Harrelle ""PA"" Tedder, 79, of Clemmons past away Thursday, October 21, 2010 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born May 29, 1931 in Stokes County, the son of the late, Ralph and Pauline Johnson Tedder. Mr. Tedder was a member of Mt. Olive United Methodist Church in Yadkinville. He managed Brook Acres Farm in Lewisville from 1968 to 1984. Mr. Tedder later worked for Jones Bakery for over 25 years. He enjoyed fishing and time spent with family and friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his son Tony Tedder, a brother Norris Tedder and two sisters; Nelma Browder and Lois Wooters. Survivors include his daughter Tami Merrell and husband Jimmy of Yadkinville, two sons; Robert ""Robbie"" Crater and wife Gina of Mocksville, Rev. Zak King and wife Darlene of Yadkinville, five grandchildren; Matthew King and wife Carlene, Emily King, Jocelyn Chatfield and husband Stephen, Larry Blevins and Joseph Finley, four great-grandchildren, one sister Brenda Parrish of Walkertown, three brothers Richard Tedder and wife Betty of Welcome, Gayle Tedder and wife Nancy of Kernersville and Barry Tedder and wife Lori of Stoneville. A funeral service will be conducted Sunday, October 24, 2010 at 2:00PM at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with the Rev. Gary Foster and Rev. Zak King officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Olive United Methodist Church in Yadkinville. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Saturday at the funeral home. Memorial may be made to Mt.
