Harold Gene Creason

Mr. Harold Gene Creason, 79, of High Point died Monday, July 14, 2014 at Hospice Home at High Point. He was born April 24, 1935 in Forsyth County, the son of the late Robert William and Gladys Knight Creason. Mr. Creason served with the US Navy during the Korean Conflict. He was retired from Stroh's Brewery and was a member of Teamsters 391 with 36 ½ years of service. He was a friend of Bill W. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one daughter, one sister and three brothers. Survivors include three sons, Harold Gene Creason, Jr., Dean Creason and wife Beverly and Joey Creason and wife Caron all of Winston-Salem; 12 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and one brother, Bobby Creason of Winston-Salem. A private family graveside service will be conducted Friday at 10:00 AM at Westlawn Gardens of Memory in Clemmons. Friends may visit any time after 11:00 AM Thursday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of High Point 1801 Westchester Drive, High Point NC27262.
