Hallie Hill Hauser passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, April 10, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. She was born April 29, 1926 in Stokes County to the late William Henderson and Kate Gunter Hill. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Leroy (Tiny) Hauser and her devoted grandson, Zachary Brewer, also four sisters and five brothers. She is survived by her twin sister, Allie Carter; her three children, Eddie Hauser (Sandra), Roger Hauser and Renea Brewer (Dean); three grandchildren, Jennifer Vickers (Tommy), Andrea Martin (Greg), and Joshua Brewer; three special great-granddaughters, Taylor Vickers, Payton and Meredith Martin. She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary for many years. She retired from Forsyth Memorial Hospital as a nurse assistant after many years of service. She was a wonderful caregiver to all her patients. As well as a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. Hallie was known for her loving kindness and friendship to others. We will love her always and miss her forever. A graveside funeral service will be held at 11:00am, Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at Centenary United Methodist Church in Clemmons with Dr. Joe D. Coltrane officiating. We would like to thank Hospice of Winston-Salem for their wonderful care they provided for our mother. Memorials may be made to Kate B.
