Grace Aileen Kilpatrick Galloway

KERNERSVILLE-Grace Aileen Kilpatrick Galloway, 63, passed away Wednesday, August 25, 2010. She was born June 7, 1947 in Transylvania Co. to the late Hamer Tweed and Ethel Mae Kilpatrick. Mrs. Galloway owned and operated a cleaning service for many years. She enjoyed helping others, working in her yard, and playing the guitar. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward Galloway; two brothers, Don Kilpatrick, Leonard Owens; and two sisters, Lola Owens, and Leona Owens. Surviving are her daughters, Cindy Galloway Griffin, Angela Galloway Brown and husband, Joseph Ronald Brown; two granddaughters, Mallie Grace Griffin, Heather Nicole Brown; one grandson, Joseph Ronald Brown, Jr.; two brothers, L.C. Owens, Craig Kilpatrick; one sister, Frances Leopard; and several cousins, nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, August 27, 2010 at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel. A family service will be held in Brevard.
