Mr. Glenn Adrian Marlin, 86, of Winston-Salem passed away Sunday, September 26, 2010 at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. He was born June 1, 1924 in Youngstown, Ohio to Alexander and Margaret Eisenbraun Marlin. Mr. Marlin was a member of Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church, and was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during WWII. He was retired from Western Electric with 30 years of service, and was an avid golfer. He graduated from Duke University where he was student body president of engineering. Mr. Marlin was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Marlin. Surviving is one daughter, Sandi Godfrey and husband Bill; two grandchildren, Bruce Boughman and wife Christy, and Chris Boughman and wife Amanda; two great-grandchildren, Michele Boughman and Charlie Boughman ; and a special friend, Kaye Eisenbraun. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 29 at Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church Cemetery with Dr. Earl Wilson officiating.
