Glenda Dean Sheets

Ms. Glenda Dean Sheets, 83, passed away at Heritage Woods Senior Living on Saturday April 8, 2023. She was born to the late Jack Kimmer and Lucy White Kimmer on November 5, 1939, in Davidson County North Carolina. Glenda loved ice cream, crosswords, and jigsaw puzzles, and she was a big fan of the Atlanta Braves. She especially loved watching all kinds of sports and loved Steph Curry. Glenda retired from R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company after 30+ years of faithful service. Along with her parents, Glenda is preceded in death by her niece Kelly Martin. She is survived by her son Rick (Ronda) Sheets; daughter Sandra Bullock; three grandchildren Brock Sheets, Tyler “TJ” Bullock, Tommy (Brittanie) Bullock; twin sister Brenda North; niece Tracie Martin; and nephew Chris (Robin) Martin and their children. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday April 12, 2023, at 2:00 PM at Parklawn Memorial Park with Pastor Todd Reynolds officiating. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Trellis Hospice Homes.
