Gerline Elizabeth Renegar

Miss Gerline Elizabeth Renegar passed away Tuesday morning December 20, 2011 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born on June 5, 1932 in Iredell County to the late George Lanto and Lydia Wallace Renegar. Gerline graduated from Harmony High School in 1951. She was a former member of Sandy Springs Baptist Church. Gerline retired from Sara Lee Corporation with 42 years of service. She is preceded in death by sister Elmina Anderson (Roy); and brothers Raymond (Lois), Colon, Aldean (Ruth), Rudolph, Alvin, Joseph, and George. Gerline is survived by sister Patty Stockner (Tom) of Winston-Salem and brother Thomas Lee Renegar (Kay) of Winston-Salem; two sister in laws Joan Renegar of Statesville and Thelma Renegar of Charlotte; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday December 23, 2011 at Sandy Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Albert Smith officiating.
