Gerald West

Mr. Gerald Allen West, 77, passed away on Saturday, September 3, 2022 peacefully at his home in East Bend surrounded by his loving family.  He was born in Forsyth County on November 3, 1944 to the late David Allen and Margaret Johnson West.  Mr. West worked for 40 years at Bo-Ty Florist as a designer.  Surviving is his sister, Sylvia West Russell (Lester); nephew, Don Russell and a son, Mark Ellis (Cindy).  A private service will be held.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Allen’s memory to Trellis Supportive Care, 101 Hospice Lane Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
