Georgia Cash Myers

Mrs. Georgia Cash Myers, 91, of Winston-Salem passed away Saturday, October 23, 2010 at the Hospice House of Comfort in Altamonte Springs, Florida. She has lived for the past four years with her daughter in Florida. She was born April 26, 1919 in Nelson County, Va. to Clarence and Naomi DeMasters Cash. She was member of College Park Baptist Church and the Euzalian Sunday School Class. Mrs. Myers was retired from RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company after 31 years of service and was a former member of the Dixie Boots and Saddle Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, Odell R. Myers. Surviving are a daughter, Gayle M. Pegram of Lake Mary, Fl.; three grandchildren, Allen Pegram, Orlando, Fl., Santoie Croxford, Sanford, Fl. And Tracie Kirk of Mt. Dora, Fl.; five great grandchildren, Brandi Kirk, Auston Croxford, Ashton Croxford, Adam Pegram, and Samantha Kirk; and a great great granddaughter, Kylar Kahoun. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Friday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Rev. Ramon Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. .
