Georgeann Martin

Mrs. Georgeann Martin, 79, of Winston-Salem passed away Monday, August 16, 2010 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born January 1, 1931 in Forsyth County. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Martin. Surviving are two sons, Fred Adams (Silvia) of King, and Tony Adams (Mary) of Sebastian, FL; one daughter, Sherry Staton (David) of Winston-Salem; eight grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; one brother, Byerly Vanhoy of Greensboro; and an aunt, Helen Tesh of Winston-Salem. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 18 at Parklawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery.
