George Griasnow

Oak Ridge-George Griasnow, 64, passed away Sunday, July 25, 2010 at his home. He was born March 31, 1946 in Austria to Maria Kannivetz Griasnow and the late Alexander Griasnow. Mr. Griasnow was employed with Volvo Trucks as an engineer for many years. George served in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. In addition to his mother of Parma, OH surviving are his wife, Tania Simonoff Griasnow of the home; one daughter, Lana Woodard (Adam) of Kernersville; one son, Victor Griasnow five grandchildren, Paul, Karina, Alexandria, Lauren, and Branden;; and one sister, Lucielle Kirejew and husband, Nick. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 pm Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel. Services will be held at Thursday, July 29, 2010 in Ohio.
