George S. Goins

Mr. George S. (Jack) Goins, age 85, of Mocksville, N. C., passed away surrounded by his loving family on May 30, 2015. He was born October 25, 1929, to Frank and Dollie Goins. Jack Goins was the devoted father of three loving daughters Deana H. Hundley (Mike), Tami G. Shouse (Frank Adams), and Stacie G. Jeffries (Ricky); the grandfather of Jack P. Hall (Kate), Jonathan Jeffries, Kayla Shouse (Brandon Figueroa) , Jacob Goins, Chad Hundley, and Josh Hundley; and great-grandfather of Liam Hall, Marley Figueroa, and Ian Hall. In addition, Mr. Goins is survived by his ex-wife, Betty M. Goins, and two loving caregivers and family friends Linda Ferguson and Gina Ferguson. A memorial service will be held 6:00 pm Friday, June 12, 2015 at Hayworth-Miller Kinderton Chapel, Advance, NC. The family will receive friends following the service.
