Gary Eugene Sprinkle

SPRINKLE - WINSTON-SALEM Gary Eugene Sprinkle went to be with the Lord on February 16, 2010. Gary was born on December 25, 1944 to Cecil Thomas ""CT"" Sprinkle and Doris Marie Pfaff Sprinkle. Gary's birthday was shared with his Lord, Jesus Christ, and he walked with the Lord every day, studying God's word and sharing the word with others. Gary is survived by his wife of 42 years, Linda Chandler Sprinkle; his son, Jefferson Edward Sprinkle and wife, Lisa Poleo Sprinkle; two grandsons, Justin Nicholas Sprinkle and Mark Houston Sprinkle. He is also survived by two sisters, Judy White and Robin Felts; and one brother, Jerry Sprinkle. Gary will be laid to rest on February 19, 2010 at 11:30 a.m. at Beck's Baptist Church Cemetery with a graveside service officiated by Dr. Karl Minor, Dr. Ray Hamilton and the Rev. Rodney Stilwell. Visitation will be held at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home in Rural Hall on February 18th from 7 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice & Palliative Care Center, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103 or Forsyth County Jail & Prison Ministries, P.O. Box 11802, Winston-Salem, NC 27116.
