Gary Hastings

Mr. Gary Madison Hastings, age 75 of Clemmons passed away Tuesday, June 8, 2021, at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. He was born August 2, 1945, in Baltimore, MD to the late Madison Caldwell Hastings and Eva Graham Hastings. At the time of retirement, he was self-employed as a consultant in the automotive industry. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Susan R. Hastings; one son, Gary Madison Hastings, II (Cindy); one daughter, Shannon White (Kenny) and four grandchildren, Madison Blake Hastings (Tiffany), Caroline Hathcock (David), Madison Dori White and Brendan White. As his son has stated, we are sure he’s already got in 18 on God’s championship golf course. Even though he will always be with us in our hearts, please pray for our family as we try to move on without him here. Per Gary’s request, there will be a private family service only since Gary felt that his surprise birthday party over 3 years ago made him feel more loved than a funeral ever could.
