Gary Wayne Ball

Kernersville - Whenever your heart is hurting, and you're filled with much despair, wherever you turn, friend, for solace, remember that God is always there. Gary Wayne Ball, 58, passed away January 24, 2009. He was born on May 6, 1950, in Asheville, NC, to Curtis and Frances Aldridge Ball. Gary served in the US Army and retired from Epps Trucking after 36 years and was a member of the Elite Fleet Top 100. Gary was preceded in death by his father and sister, Kay. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Delores Mabe Ball, who was his life partner for 33 years; a daughter, Traci; one brother, Ted Ball (Holly) of Asheville; one sister, Joyce Ball of Asheville; and his beloved pet, Molly. A service to celebrate his life will be held at a later date.
