G. Frank Jackson

Mr. G. Frank Jackson, 77, of Clemmons, passed away Thursday, January 27, 2011. He was born December 31, 1933 in Forsyth County to the late Maude Ziglar Jackson and Eugene Franklin Jackson. Mr. Jackson was a member of Friedberg Moravian Church and retired from R.J. Reynolds Packaging. He was preceded in death by a brother, Bill Jackson, sister, Betty Yow, brother-in-law, Marshall Clark. Surviving are his wife, Lula Jackson; six children, Dave Jackson (Rose), Debbie James (Bobby), Steve Jackson (Tammy), Gary Jackson (Lisa), George F. ""Jeff"" Jackson, Jr. and Richard Jimenez and Greg Gaither (Bobbi Jo); eleven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; siblings, sister-in-law, Marie Jackson, brother-in-law, Odell Yow, sister, Doris Clark, brother, Bernie Jackson (Pat) and a brother, Ted Jackson (Linda). A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, January 30, 2011 at Friedberg Moravian Church with G. Thomas Shelton and James C. Newsome, Jr. and Betty Helms officiating. Entombment will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday at Westlawn Gardens of Memory in Clemmons. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Saturday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
