Freddy Thomas Parker

KERNERSVILLE - Freddy Thomas Parker, 51 passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2009. He was born June 30, 1958 in McDowell Co., WV to the late John Thomas and Nellie Kennedy Parker. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter, Amanda Parker; and a brother-in-law, Allen Boothe. Surviving are three daughters, Christan Parker, Virginia Parker both of Kernersville, and Katherina Parker of Rogers, AK; two granddaughters, Ginavieve Hunter and Megan Ogborn; two brothers, Greg Parker and wife Debra and Bradley Parker; two sisters, Lisa Marshall and husband James, and Lenora Boothe; and a very special friend, Greg Cook all of Kernersville. A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 pm Sunday, September 6, 2009 at Berean Baptist Church with the Dr. Ron Baity officiating. Burial will follow in Christian Community Baptist Church Cemetery in Pilot Mtn. The family will receive friends from 6-9:00 pm Friday, September 4, 2009 at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Berean Baptist Church, 4135 Thomasville Rd., WS, NC 27107.
