Fred Harrison White

WHITE PINNACLE, Mr. Fred Harrison White, Jr. 83 passed away unexpectedly Monday, January 5, 2009 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born in Rural Hall on November 14, 1925 the son of the late Fred and Lelia Spainhour White. He was also preceded in death by two sons Ronnie and Alan White, a sister Dottie Lou White and a brother Moir White Mr. White was retired from R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. He is survived by his loving wife Imogene White, three sons Jerry White, Ted White and Wayne (Linda) White, two grandchildren Robin Idol and Christa White and one great granddaughter Rose Idol, two brothers Harold (Leotta) White and Bob (Rachel) White. A graveside service will be conducted 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 7, 2009 at the Westmoreland Family Cemetery on Tate Rd. in Rural Hall with Mr. Larry Vestal officiating. The White family will receive friends from 7 to 9 PM tonight at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home in Rural Hall.
