Frances Stanley Sneed

Mrs. Frances Stanley Sneed, 81, of Clemmons passed away Friday, October 16, 2015, at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born January 10, 1934, in Yadkin County to Rufus and Bertha Barker Stanley. She was a member of Trinity Friends Meeting in Lewisville, where she helped with the nursery for many years. She was retired from Southern Tools with many years of loyal service. She was a loving wife, Mother, grandmother and sister. She will be remembered as always doing for others. She is preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, Lucille Burgess, Erlene Sizemore, and Glenda Miller. She is survived by her loving husband , Albert Jerry Sneed, one daughter Janet Boger and husband Randy of Lexington, two grandchildren Mandy Quesenberry and Mark Boger and wife Crystal, two great grandchildren, Gabe and Corbin. Also surviving are two sisters Libby Hiatt and Wanda Law both of Winston Salem, one very special brother Noah Lee Stanley and wife Sandra. A funeral service will be conducted Monday, October 19, 2015, at 2:00 PM at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Rev. Jake Penley and Rev. Hobert Freeman officiating. Burial will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Sunday, October 18, 2015, from 6:00 -8:00 pm at the funeral home.
