Frances Everhart Saylor

Mrs. Frances Everhart Saylor, 92 a long time resident of Winston-Salem, died Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at Clemmons Nursing and Rehab Center. Mrs. Saylor was born January 27, 1917 in Forsyth County, a daughter of the late Numa Everhart and the late Ester Foster Everhart. She was a homemaker and loved to take care of her grandchildren. She and her husband always look forward to their annual beach trip with their grandchildren. In addition t her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ray William, Saylor, son, Jerry Saylor, grandson, David Saylor, sisters, Gertrude Bayes, and Jean Hundley, brothers, Gordon Everhart, and Numa Everhart. She is survived by her son, Jimmy Saylor and wife Jane, grandchildren, Michael Saylor and wife Cheryl, Jonathan Saylor and wife Gaby, Britton Saylor and wife Shannon, and Robert Saylor and wife Tanya, great-grandchildren, Josh McGee and wife Amy, Garrett Saylor, Aleea Saylor, Ellie Saylor, Ashley Saylor, Allison Saylor, and Klair Saylor, great-great grandchildren, Olivia McGee and Josh McGee, Jr., sisters, Peggy Sue Baity and Mary Lou Ziglar, brothers, William Everhart, Kenneth Everhart, Lawrence Everhart, and Richard Everhart. A graveside service will be conducted 2:00 PM Sunday, June 28, 2009 at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Saturday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Clemmons Village 1 for their great care and support.
