Mrs. Frances Sprinkle McManus, 91, of Winston-Salem passed away, Saturday, June 19, 2010 at the Oaks at Forsyth. Mrs. McManus was born in Forsyth County on June 16, 1919 to the late William Thomas and Ida Farris Sprinkle. She was a member of Enterprise Moravian Church and was employed by Wyeth Laboratories, where she retired after 30 years of service. In addition to her parents, Mrs. McManus was preceded in death by a son, Richard Sprinkle, Sr.; three brothers; and five sisters. She is survived by a ""very special friend"", Gerline Renegar; ""a very special nephew"", George Ronald Reeves; two grandsons, Ricky Sprinkle of Clemmons and Billy Sprinkle of Winston-Salem; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be conducted 11:00 am Monday, June 21, 2010 at Parklawn Memorial Park with the Rev. Arkon Stewart and Rev. Keith White officiating.
