Mrs. Frances Louise Robertson Gibson, 69, of Winston-Salem, loving wife, mother, and grandmother, went to be with the Lord Thursday, April 30, 2009 from Forsyth Medical Center. Mrs. Gibson was born July 10, 1939 in Forsyth County, a daughter of the late Harmon T. Robertson and the late Esther Williams Robertson. She retired as Vice-President of Harold Gibson Appliance, loved hairdressing, floral design, and teaching Sunday School. She was a longtime and faithful member of Berean Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Daniel Sealey and Britnie Hutton, four brothers and three sisters. She is survived by her husband, Harold S. Gibson, three daughters, Maggie Streett and husband Ben of Winston-Salem, Kathy Sealey and husband Chris of Stony Point, and Tina Gibson Harvell and husband Brandon of Summerfield, grandchildren, Joey Keiger, Misty Mabe, Michael Kilby, Kristen Sealey, and Brady Gibson, great-grandchildren, Jake, Madison, and Dalton, one sister, Mona Lee Brewer, five brothers, Blackie Robertson, Bunny Robertson, Jimmy Robertson, Jerry Wayne Robertson, and Dois Robertson. A funeral service will be conducted 12:30 PM Saturday, May 2, 2009 at Berean Baptist Church with Dr. Ron Baity officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Friday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to Berean Baptist Church 4135 Thomasville Rd. Winston-Salem, NC 27107.
