Frances Lorene Creson Flynt

Ms. Frances Lorene Creson Flynt, 101, passed away on Friday, November 8, 2024. She was born October 27, 1923 in Forsyth County to the late Cicero Creson and Agnes Bennett Creson. Frances Retired from AT&T in 1981 with many years’ service. She was a long-time member of Gospel Light Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 69 years, Conrad Flynt; one sister, Rachel Whittington; and two brothers, Irvin Creson, and Mac Creson. She is survived by one son, Barry Flynt (Kim); one grandson, Matthew Flynt (Sydney); two great-grandchildren, Amelia and Lucas Flynt; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be conducted at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at Gospel Light Baptist Church of Walkertown with Rev. Frank Shumate officiating. Entombment will follow the service at Gardens of Memory in Walkertown. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service at the church beginning at 11:00am.
