Frances Bradstock

Mrs. Frances Jean Pell Bradstock, 98, passed away on Friday, January 29, 2021. She was born on July 30, 1922 in Washington County, PA to Frank Vernon and Sara Louise Acheson Pell. Frances was a member of First Baptist Church of Charlotte and also a longtime member of Calvary Baptist Church of Winston-Salem. She welcomed friends into her life as if they were family and warmly “adopted” sons and daughters into her life and her home. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Kenneth Bradstock, Sr.; son, Robert Kenneth Bradstock, Jr.; and brother, Charles William Pell, Sr. Surviving are her daughter, Beverly Ann Bradstock and husband, Dennis Paul Mauk Sr.; daughter-in-law, Dorothy Ann Bradstock; grandchildren, Kenneth Charles Bradstock (Wendy), Catherine Elizabeth Meyst Clarkson (David), Robert Alan Meyst, Jr. (Tresa), Robert “Rusty” Bradstock (Caroline), and Paul Franklin Bradstock (Nicole); and five great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday, January 31, 2021 at Calvary Baptist Church with Pastor Al Fausch officiating. Interment will follow at Pilot Mountain City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00pm to 1:45pm prior to the service at the church.
