Frances Horton Bowen

2011 at Bermuda Commons. She was born July 4, 1918 in Forsyth County to David James and Bessie Moore Horton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Ray Bowen; and a son, Lee Bowen and numerous brothers and sisters. Surviving are two sons, Curtis R. Bowen and wife Elizabeth of Winston-Salem, Richard G. Bowen and wife Karen of Clemmons, one daughter, Beverly B. White and husband Marc of Belmont; seven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; one sister, Mary Clontz of Mocksville; one brother, Ernest Horton of Tobaccoville. A graveside service will be held at 1:00PM on Thursday, February 10, 2011at Gardens of Memory in Walkertown. The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 9, 2011 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. The family will like to give special thanks to Bermuda Commons, Clemmons Village I and Liberty Hospice for their care. Memorial may be made to Salvation Army, 1411 S.
