Fletcher Ray Meadows

Mr. Fletcher Ray Meadows, 94, of High Point passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2009 at Westchester Manor Nursing Center. He was born November 9, 1914 in Stokes Co. to James L. and Ola Tillitson Meadows. Mr. Meadows retired from Burlington Mills with 35 years of service. He is survived by a son, Larry Meadows and wife Darlene of Advance; a daughter, Bonna M. Nelson and husband Jerry of High Point; four grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 31, 2009 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in High Point with Pastor Tim Gamelin officiating. Inurnment in the church columbarium will follow.
