Flavel Lucille Stack

Oak Ridge - Flavel Lucille Stack, age 83 of Oak Ridge passed away Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice and Palliative Care Center. She was born October 24, 1925 in Guilford Co. to the late Charlie and Blanche Parrish Stack. In addition to her parents Ms. Stack was preceded in death by three brothers, Ray, Hugh and Bobby Stack, and a sister, Forrest Stack Palmer. Surviving are; one sister, Mary Ruth Tatum of Kernersville, one brother, Marion Stack (Billie) of Oak Ridge, and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be conducted 11:00 am Saturday, October 17, 2009 at Union Grove Baptist Church in Oak Ridge. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Friday October 16, 2009 at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel.
