Faye Naylor Spease

Pfafftown Mrs. Faye Naylor Spease, 86, passed away Thursday, October 9, 2014 at her home. She was born April 5, 1928 in Davie County to the late William Clyde and Mabel White Naylor. Mrs. Spease retired from the Forsyth County Health Dept. with 21 years of service. She loved flowers, traveling to the beach, selling produce, and playing ""skipbo"" with her skipbo buddies. Mrs. Spease loved spending time with her family. Preceding her in death was her husband, Richard Gray Spease and a brother, Lester Franklin Naylor. Surviving are three sons, William Gray Spease (Karen), Larry Richard Spease, and Brian Naylor Spease (Missy); four grandchildren, Richard Lee Spease, Seth Naylor Spease, John William Spease, and Aaron David Spease; one sister, Geneva Naylor Renegar; also surviving are several nieces, nephews, and cousins. A funeral service will be held 3:00 PM Saturday, October 11, 2014 at Hayworth-Miller Lewisville Chapel with Pastor Steve Fowler officiating. Burial will follow at Boyer's Chapel Church of Christ Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
