Faye Ann Rhodes Carter

Mrs. Faye Ann Rhodes Carter passed away Thursday, November 13, 2014 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born June 2, 1946 in Forsyth County to the late Hattie Elizabeth Hamlin Rhodes and Oscar Cicero Rhodes.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Carter was preceded in death by her husband, LeRay Carter; sister, Margie Bowen; and brother, Winfred Rhodes. She is survived by two sons, Chris Carter (Dreama) and Kevin Carter; one daughter, Angela Bowen (Stuart); four grandchildren: Michael Carter, Shana Williams, Bowe Bowen, and Abigail Bowen; four great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Jack Rhodes and Bobby Rhodes.

A memorial service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 15 at Old Richmond Evangelical Methodist Church with Pastor Bryant Madren officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
