Faye Kelly Blair

Mrs. Faye Kelly Blair, 87, of Winston-Salem, passed away on June 8, 2016 at Forsyth Medical Center. Faye was born on April 13, 1929 in Lewisburg, WV to Ernest Malcolm and Lovella Piercy Kelly. She was preceded in death by her sister, Francis Cole. She is survived by her loving husband, William ""Billy"" Blair; daughter, Jan Russell; son, Ronald Lee McGuire, Sr. of Winston-Salem; daughter, Terry Gaither (Byron) of Winston-Salem; son, Michael Blair (Tammy) of Winston-Salem; grandchildren, Michelle, Kristina, Ashley, Jakki, Ron; great grandchildren, Dustin, Ryan, Gavin, Karsen, Caleb, Samantha, Lilah, Marlowe, Nathan, Declan, and Kilian. Mrs. Blair was passionate about her work and passionate about her play. She and her husband enjoyed many vacations to their condo at the beach and both loved dancing, entertaining, and fine food. The also took every opportunity to travel around the world. She was always known as the most dedicated and hardworking employee/manager as well as the spiffiest dresser with the unusual jewelry and clothes. She definitely lived life to the fullest. A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 11, 2016 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Pastor Michael Crane officiating. Interment will follow at Westlawn Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends from 6 - 8 p.m. Friday, June 10, 2016 at Hayworth-Miller Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, 4 Oak Branch Dr. #A, Greensboro, NC 27407.
