MOORE - WINSTON-SALEM Mr. Everette Columbus Moore, 76, of Winston-Salem, NC passed away Monday, November 5, 2012. Mr. Moore was born in Stokes County on May 12, 1936 to Robert Moore Jr. and Esther Myrtle Butner Moore. He was a member of Woodland Baptist Church for 28 years and served as President of the Saved by Grace Sunday School Class. Mr. Moore was a veteran having served 4 years in the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Moore retired from RJR Archer after 30 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son: Stephen Moore; a grandson: Stephen Moore Jr.; a great grandson: Brian Moore; and two brothers: Bobby Moore and Gerald Moore. He is survived by his wife: Rosa Lee Wyatt Moore, of the home; five sons: Randy Moore (Lea) of Germanton, David Moore (Belinda) of King, Larry Moore of Westfield, Eric Moore of King and Toby Ballard of Winston-Salem; three daughters: Lois Moore Perrell (Mike) of Germanton, Melissa Richburg (Brian) of Trinity and Patricia May (Richard) of Asheboro; sixteen grandchildren: William Moore, Amy Moore, DJ Moore, Angie Holbrook (Ronnie), Candi Marcle (Scott), Christy Zender (Josh), Adam Moore, Emily Strickland (Willie), Jessica Perrell, Matthew Perrell, Allison Perrell, Dillon Perrell, Autumn Beasley, Landon Hunt, Rebecca Hunt, Kayme Richburg; six great grandchildren: Catherine Moore, Summer Moore, Nathan Marcle, Sterling Moore, Jordan Zender and Elijah Moore; an aunt: Madeline Ananew of Winston-Salem; one brother: Don Moore (Martha) of King; two sisters-in-law: Julia Moore of Winston-Salem and CJ Moore of Asheboro; two half-brothers: Roger Moore and Richard Moore; two half-sisters: Robin Haverkos and Ronda Kolbiaz; and also, several nieces, nephews and extended family. A funeral service will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Thursday, November 8, 2012 at Woodland Baptist Church in Winston-Salem with the Rev. Tim Gammons officiating. Interment will follow at Crestview Memorial Park in Rural Hall with military honors provided by American Legion Post 290 of King. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
