Evelyn Ann Smith Colvin

COLFAX-Evelyn ""Ann"" Smith-Colvin, 52, passed away Monday, December 28, 2009 at her home following several years of declining health. She was born March 26, 1957 in Guilford Co. to the late Belvin J. and Edith Barber Faulkner. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Libby Beeson. Surviving are her husband, David L. Colvin of the home; her son, Kevin Vernon and wife Renee; sister, Elaine Gray and husband Carl; three grandchildren, Hanna Drew, Aviana and Joshua Vernon; best friend, Cathy Segal; and many extended family members. A memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 pm Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service.
