Eula Lois Reeves Harper

Mrs. Eula Lois Reeves Harper, 91, of Clemmons died Tuesday, March 31, 2015. She was born April 10, 1923 in Forsyth County to Willis Leander and Nina Harper Reeves. Her career was in the office at R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company. She was a faithful member of Warner's Chapel Church of Christ, where she taught Sunday school for over fifty years. Her husband, Cannon E. Harper Sr. preceded her in death. Those also preceding her in death include a sister, Eunice R. Bost and three brothers; Willis, Wyatt and George Reeves; two sons- in-law, John W. Boyer and Ronald E. Wrights. She is survived by two daughters, Janet H. Wrights and Elaine H. Boyer; a son, Cannon E. Harper, Jr. and wife Shannon; seven grandchildren, Paralea W. Boose, Annah B. Smyth, John William (Will) Boyer, September Harper, Amber H. Street, Cannon Harper III and Patrick Harper as well as seven great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held 4:00 P.M. Friday, April 3, 2015 at Warner's Chapel Church of Christ with Ministers Frank Shepard and Paul Kirkpatrick officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to North Carolina School of Biblical Studies at Warner's Chapel Church of Christ or to a charity of the donor's choice.
