Ethel Mae Lemar

KERNERSVILLE - Ethel Mae Lemar, 89, died Saturday, May 12, 2012 at her home. Ethel was born January 8, 1923 in Forsyth County to the late Jasper and Lilly Roach Lemar. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother and seven sisters. Ethel leaves behind a legacy of family, friends and loved ones. She was a mother to many and a friend to all. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel. Burial will follow at Mt. Gur Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 pm Tuesday, May 15, at the funeral home.
